NDIS Support Coordination
Reliability Australia deliver Support Coordination to participants throughout the Central, Northern, and Murray regions of regional Victoria along with Geelong and the western suburbs of Melbourne. We are totally independent with no allegiances to any service providers when assisting participants to choose service providers who will meet their needs and in turn achieve their goals.
The Reliability Australia team has vast Disability Sector experience. Our knowledge of NDIS and the sector is extensive and we’re available to share our knowledge and combined experience of over 80 years with your organisation through our consultancy services. We can assist in a range of areas from marketing to a sector audience to navigating NDIS registration processes. Our staff have extensive qualifications in Mental Health, Autism, Education, and various specific disabilities with a network of sector contacts second to none.

Bendigo husband and wife team, Paul and Rebecca Threlfall have a passion for delivering support and learning for people to be their very best.
In May 2017 the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was introduced to the Loddon Region. 18 months down the track Paul and Rebecca saw an opportunity to compliment the NDIS roll out with a well-structured organisation delivering quality services to support NDIS participants and providers.

Providing support across Victoria
Reliability Australia has Support Coordinators based in Bendigo and Geelong. We service the following locations and their surrounding areas: Echuca, Rochester, Bendigo, Ballarat, Wedderburn, Kyabram, Shepparton, Heathcote, Maryborough, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Woodend, Gisborne, Melton, Werribee, Geelong, and the Western Suburbs (Melbourne).
