Our Story
Reliability Australia founders Paul and Rebecca Threlfall continue to build on their established values since the launch of their business in 2018. Inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and outcomes continue to drive the Reliability Australia’s team’s success. Paul and Rebecca through these values and their experienced team have built a wonderful culture which is reflective in the team’s approach to quality service delivery.
The past 4 years has allowed the Reliability Australia Support Coordination team to learn and build on their experiences with the NDIS, Disability, Mental Health, Government, NDIS, Mainstream and Community sectors.
The outcome has been the point of difference they offer their valued NDIS participants, a stable long serving team who utilise their experiences and vast network of contacts to provide the best possible outcome for the people they represent.
Our People
Our team is an even split of females and males catering for our NDIS participants preferences and experienced in all aspects of disability service provision. The united team culture combined with our values and ethics we’ve built over 4 years is reflective in the results driven service we provide to our valued participants.
At Reliability Australia we have built a vast network of Disability, Mental Health, Government, NDIS, Mainstream and Community sector contacts. Our team utilise this vast network to ensure we receive the very best advice to achieve our NDIS participants goals.

Providing support across Victoria
Reliability Australia has Support Coordinators based in Bendigo and Geelong. We service the following locations and their surrounding areas: Echuca, Rochester, Bendigo, Ballarat, Wedderburn, Kyabram, Shepparton, Heathcote, Maryborough, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Woodend, Gisborne, Melton, Werribee, Geelong, and the Western Suburbs (Melbourne).
