Meet the Team
Paul has over 10 years Disability Sector experience, he recently played an integral part in the NDIS roll out in the Loddon region as a Program Manager with Intereach. Paul has worked in various sector roles including management and consultancy, Paul has an extensive industry network and a passion for achieving better outcomes for those living with disability. His research of opportunities created by unmet needs has led to the establishment of new business initiatives creating meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities. He has a lived experience and holds a Diploma in Disability Services.
Paul also has experience across various sectors also including, Print Media, Waste and Manufacturing and has become renowned for his ability to adapt solid business strategies to any sector. He offers a unique blend of executive acumen, business analysis and marketing strategy development. Paul also holds a Diploma in Business Management, Marketing and Graphic Design.
Business Administration & Development
Rebecca holds a bachelor degree in Education. Rebecca has taught at various schools in the Bendigo area and is passionate about facilitation of learning opportunities for all ages. Rebecca has enjoyed working with children of all abilities and implicitly understands the importance of establishing relationships with support teams in order to achieve the best results.
Rebecca likes the challenge of developing a learning plan and structuring an appropriate environment to suit the needs of her students. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to the administration and business development areas of Reliability.
Senior Support Coordinator
Deanne joined the Reliability Australia team in March 2019. Deanne has vast experience in the disability sector, including roles with Independence Australia and Care for You over 11 years as a Disability Support Worker and 5 years with Karingal as a Client Services Coordinator.
Since the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Deanne has held roles as a Support Coordinator with Care Choice and Team Leader with Intereach (NDIS Partner – Loddon Region).
Deanne has extensive experience in the delivery of effective and person-centred supports to NDIS participants. She enjoys the collaboration that comes with facilitation of Care Team Meetings to ensure participant issues are addressed and goal achievement is maximized. Deanne’s experience includes working with a wide variety of disabilities and demographics from children to aged care participants. Deanne’s experience is supported by multiple Diploma’s (Community Services, Alcohol & Other Drugs and Mental Health) and a Certificate IV in Disability Services and Certificate III in Aged Care. Deanne’s experience and passion are second to none.
Support Coordination Mentor
Zachary (Zac) comes to Reliability Australia with vast disability sector experience. Zac was previously employed by NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) contractor Intereach for the past 3 years.
At Intereach Zac has held various positions, predominately working with NDIS participants providing Local Area Coordination support and plan development as a Local Area Coordinator. He has also held interim Program Manager roles and has had extensive NDIS training and development during his time at Intereach.
Prior to his employment with Intereach, Zac was employed by local service provider Scope as a disability Support Worker. He has an extensive knowledge of disability support and experience at working with a wide variety of disabilities and complex needs.
Tianjiao (TJ) Yin
TJ commenced with Reliability Australia in May 2020. TJ is a vibrant and bubbly personality and brings with her a master’s in social work. TJ’s studies have included working with children and their families, human rights, law and ethics, mental health practice, specific social work interventions in acute settings (hospital social work) and social work research.
TJ has also spent 12 months with Oz Health and Care as a Social Support Worker and has had various volunteer and placement experience at Cranbourne West Primary School, Knox Private Hospital and The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre.
TJ’s studies and work experience includes developing weekly mentoring programs for 5-12 years old students with special needs like Autism, ADHD, and anxiety. TJ has a comprehensive knowledge of mental health illnesses such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and different types of personality disorders. TJ has also completed the NDIS worker orientation module (under NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission).
TJ demonstrates the ability to undertake comprehensive psychosocial assessments in a collaborative manner with individuals and families across a diverse range of circumstances, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a new dimension to the Reliability Australia team.
Business Support Officer
Wendy joined the Reliability Australia (RA) team in January 2020, when she took up the role of Business Support Officer. Wendy is a Jack of all trades having worked across the Disability, Education, Training and Retail sectors. Wendy has a clear passion for the disability sector and loves being organised and developing systems and processes to drive an efficient workforce.
Since joining the RA team Wendy has been instrumental in the re-structure of internal processes and the implementation of a new suite of policies and procedures.
Wendy has previously held Business Support roles with Intereach (NDIS Partner – Loddon Region), and brings a can do attitude and is a valued member of the RA team.
