The Reliability Australia Support Coordination team is overseen by Paul Threlfall and Support Coordination Mentor, Zachary (Zac) Muir. Deanne Ramage is our most senior support coordinator who also drives our team culture values and commitment to achieve great outcomes for the NDIS participants we represent. Conchita Ollivier, Matt Oper, Mariah Gilmore and Rebecca Threfall all bring a unique blend of cultural and inclusive disability sector experience to the Reliability Australia Support Coordination table.
Paul Threfall
DIRECTOR
Paul has over 15 years Disability Sector experience, he played an integral part in the NDIS roll out in the Loddon region as a Program Manager with Intereach. Paul has worked in various sector roles including management and consultancy, Paul has an extensive industry network and a passion for achieving better outcomes for those living with disability. His research of opportunities created by unmet needs has led to the establishment of new business initiatives creating meaningful opportunities for people of all abilities. He has a lived experience and holds a Diploma in Disability Services.
Paul also has experience across various sectors also including Print Media, Waste and Manufacturing and has become renowned for his ability to adapt solid business strategies to any sector. He offers a unique blend of executive acumen, business analysis and marketing strategy development. Paul also holds a Diploma in Business Management, Marketing and Graphic Design.

Rebecca Threfall
Support Coordination & Business Development
Rebecca holds a Bachelor Degree in Education. Rebecca has taught at various schools in the Bendigo area and is passionate about facilitation of learning opportunities for all ages. Rebecca has enjoyed working with children of all abilities and implicitly understands the importance of establishing relationships with support teams in order to achieve the best results.
Rebecca likes the challenge of developing a learning plan and structuring an appropriate environment to suit the needs of her students. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to the support coordination and business development areas of Reliability.
Deanne Ramage
Senior Support Coordinator
Deanne joined the Reliability Australia team in March 2019. Deanne has vast experience in the disability sector, including roles with Independence Australia and Care for You over 11 years as a Disability Support Worker and 5 years with Karingal as a Client Services Coordinator.
Since the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Deanne has held roles as a Support Coordinator with Care Choice and Team Leader with Intereach (NDIS Partner – Loddon Region).
Deanne has extensive experience in the delivery of effective and person-centred supports to NDIS participants. She enjoys the collaboration that comes with facilitation of Care Team Meetings to ensure participant issues are addressed and goal achievement is maximized. Deanne’s experience includes working with a wide variety of disabilities and demographics from children to aged care participants. Deanne’s experience is supported by multiple Diplomas (Community Services, Alcohol & Other Drugs and Mental Health) and a Certificate IV in Disability Services and Certificate III in Aged Care. Deanne’s experience and passion are second to none.

Zachary Muir
Support Coordination Mentor
Zachary (Zac) comes to Reliability Australia with vast disability sector experience. Zac was previously employed by NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) contractor Intereach for the past 3 years. At Intereach Zac held various positions, predominately working with NDIS participants providing Local Area Coordination support and plan development as a Local Area Coordinator. He also held interim Program Manager roles and had extensive NDIS training and development during his time at Intereach. Prior to his employment with Intereach, Zac was employed by local service provider Scope as a disability Support Worker. He has an extensive knowledge of disability support and experience working with a wide variety of disabilities and complex needs.
Conchita Ollivier
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Conchita brings with her a diverse range of experience within the disability sector. She has been dedicated in her past and current work experience in building the capacity of the disabled, Indigenous and refugee groups. Conchita’s holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her work experience in disability spans three continents, America, Asia, and Australia. She is a devoted mother of three who loves the lifestyle regional Victoria has to offer.

Matthew Oper
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Matt joined the Reliability Australia team in January 2021. Prior to joining the Reliability team, Matt worked for 3 years with the Loddon NDIS partner, Intereach, as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
While at Intereach his role included working with and providing support to participants and their families to implement plans and engage with services while assisting them to work towards their goals. Matt also had the opportunity to work as a Senior LAC, interim manager and access NDIS training and development opportunities allowing him to gain extensive knowledge across multiple areas within the NDIS.
Prior to his work as an LAC, Matt worked for 20+ years in manufacturing working on the floor and in management gaining experience using his hands while supporting and training staff to build and develop their own skills. Matt enjoyed the opportunities to support and promote inclusivity in the workplace by being able to work with and support young apprentices, refugees and individuals with disabilities.

Emily joined the Reliability Australia team in September 2023. Emily brings a wealth of disability sector experience, having worked in various sector roles including support work, team leader and care coordinator roles. Emily also brings knowledge, passion, and care to create a positive team environment aimed at delivering creative solutions for NDIS participants and their families.

Sarah comes to Reliability Australia with over 20 years’ experience in small business operations, sales, administration, customer service and finances. Sarah brings the skills needed to be an integral part of the team and to drive the systems and processes to ensure our Support Coordination team and valued NDIS participants have efficient and professional administration support in place.
