The supports provided by family, Reliability Australia and support staff have had a profound influence on John, the outcomes have enabled John to enjoy and participate in a range of activities. Reliability Australia Support Coordination team have connected us with a range of service providers. This has enabled John to pursue one of his passions, which is to go on holidays to different destinations taking his caravan with his support worker Mark.
Reliability Australia have also facilitated engagement with providers who assist with John’s socialisation with his friends at a farm he attends two days a week. They look after the animals, and he can drive the ride on mower. John has come a long way in the last 3 years living in his own unit with support from his sister Pauline and her husband Ron on their property. We are so very proud of his progress in such a short time and thank his diligent support coordination staff at Reliability Australia for working in collaboration with his care team ensuring John achieves his goals.
